Vendor StatementThe resolver code embedded in the DNS Server (Based on ISC BIND 8.2.3) on both MetaSolv Policy Services 4.1 and 4.2 are vulnerable to CERT/CC Advisory CA-2002-19. This issue is being tracked by MetaSolv under Case #28230. The ISC Sanctioned Patches to 8.2.3 for this advisory have been compiled and applied, and will be available in Policy Services 4.2 Service Pack 1.
