Vendor Statement

We have reviewed the issues raised in VU#3328867. Check Point engineering, after analyzing the information, has concluded that our currently shipping versions, both 4.1 and NG are not vulnerable to this attack. When we fixed the original stateful inspection FTP attack in February of 2000, it addressed this derivative as well.
